On Friday, Magrath and Raymond tangled on the ice in U11 play in the Central Alberta Hockey League, as Raymond took a 7-4 win.
Clay Nelson led all scored with four goals, as Raymond also got a two-goal effort from John Baldry. Greyson Bevans added a goal and an assist. Scarlett Hofer made 37 saves to take the victory.
Davyn Gillam scored twice for Magrath, while Cody Beier had a goal and an assist. Liam Stanford and Charlie Christensen both had single assists. Raylan Owens made 37 stops in goal.
On the U13 circuit, Magrath earned a 6-4 win over Taber, as Carter Juhasz scored once and assisted on two others. Weston Odland and Payke Bates added two goals each. Andrew Woolf had the other goal. Gibson Bates, Kacey Blackmore, Braeden Stanford and Kashton Johnson all had one assist each.
Tymen Allsop made 37 saves in goal to pick up the win.
Raymond is leading the U15 Tier 3 Red Division at 7-2 after a 5-4 weekend win over Bow Island. Jaxton Rodeback had a goal and four assists to pace the attack, while Lane Smith had two goals and two assists. Hayes Hill scored twice and assisted on another, while Cooper Lutz had two assists.
Kalani Purcell earned the win in goal thanks to 28 saves.
Magrath continues to lead the Tier 3 Silver Division in U18 play at 10-1, as the team picked up a 6-0 win over Taber on Saturday.
Easton Fraser had three goals and assist, as Cooper Godlonton, Beau Beier and Ryder Harrison each scored once. Clay Christensen, Logan Jensen and Adam Chipman all had one assist each. Kohlman Blackmore made 17 stops to earn the shutout.
