The 2024 Taste of Waterton Event will be from May 24 to 26.
“The Taste of Waterton is a culinary festival showing all the restaurants in Waterton,” Shameer Suleman, President of the Chamber of Commerce in Waterton Park, said. “Most are generational and have been passed down through families for generations. We want to be able to show off our culinary skills and family recipes!”
Suleman says that the event will kick off on May 24 with the Thirsty Bear Social at Thirsty Bear Kitchen & Bar on Main Street from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. Attendees must be 18+, Suleman says, and ticketsare $25 apiece.
Next, Suleman says, is the Taste of the Outdoors experience with Tamarack Adventures, which consists of a Morning Kayak Tour and Breakfast. This experience is a two-hour tour with all equipment and food being provided. This event is $115 per person, open to people with a minimum age limit of eight years old, and will run both Saturday, May 25 and Sunday, May 26 at 7 a.m.
The evening of the 25th, Suleman says, is the Restaurant Chef’s Table Dinner at the Kilmorey Lodge on Saturday, May 25 from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. and tickets are $120 apiece.

“We have had this festival for six years now and every year it has gotten bigger and better!” said Suleman. “Every restaurant in the park sets up a booth in the bar and gives out samples of their specialties. They will also have 10 local craft breweries attending that will be handing out samples of their products, and there will be live music. It is an amazing event that sells out every year.”
