Does not play well with others

An arsonist who was an incorrigible pyromaniac, well-known for setting fires, threatened to start a large fire in a community which had 14 firefighters. They met to discuss strategy against the arsonist. Their experience told them this was going to be a long, nasty, dangerous and expensive fire to fight, and that their community could suffer huge losses. Thirteen of them agreed to work as a unified team, with a plan to use every piece of equipment and tool they had to fight the fire. The fourteenth firefighter, Danielle Smith, parked a wheel of her car on the fire hose.
