New Raymond business making sure your furnace runs smoothly

Peace of Mind Furnace Inspections and Repairs is a home-based business out of Raymond.

“We inspect and service furnaces, water heaters, garage heaters, and the odd fireplace. We also can run gas lines to your garage or shop or even to your barbecue if needed,” said Tony Halvorson, owner of Peace of Mind Furnace Inspections and Repairs.

Halvorson says that Peace of Mind Furnace Inspections and Repairs was founded on January 1, 2022, and since then, he has worked on furnaces and water heaters in most towns of villages south of Lethbridge.

“I worked for a large corporation in the natural gas world for many years,” said Halvorson. “When they made some policy changes, we parted ways. I think my hometown was the best place for me to open a business. The support from friends and people that know me has been great. My wife’s Uncle Reese has been a huge help and a mentor for me.”

“I honestly can’t wait until I am very successful in this venture,” said Halvorson. “I’m excited to buy some baseball jerseys for Raymond Little League and sponsor some other local sports. I would also love to thank all the people that have supported me in my journey. I couldn’t have done it without you. I’ve felt the love from Raymond, Magrath and Stirling mostly, but I have some loyal customers in Lethbridge, Warner, and Cardston as well, but mostly my wife, Amy. She is a treasure and quite popular in Magrath. She has been very patient and understanding through this whole adventure, and I love her.”
