Westwind Weekly News finalist at awards

Although the Alberta Weekly Newspaper Association’s 2020 Awards Gala has been cancelled due to COVID-19, the Westwind Weekly News and one of her sister papers in southern Alberta have been nominated as finalists.

General Excellence finalists included the News (circulation under 1,000) and the Taber Times (circulation 1,100 – 2,000). The Times is also a finalist in the categories of Writing/Reporting and Editorial, Advertising/Design, and Sales/Special Section.
