Canada failing on TB front

It was very disappointing that Canada did not attend the high level meeting on TB in New York last month. It was an opportunity to demonstrate we care about ending TB in Canada, by investing a measly 0.15 per cent of government R&D funding in new tools to prevent, diagnose, and treat TB. We failed and it will hurt our commitment to end TB in Canada by 2030.
