Cleaning company launches colouring contest for kids

Mother and Daughter Dirt Divas, a cleaning company based in Lethbridge, is running a free colouring contest for children with entries being due on March 24 and a winner being chosen on March 27.

“How we ended up deciding to do the contest was, we had made a grownup Easter basket for a draw I was doing for everyone that joined our Facebook group, but it just felt wrong not including the kiddos,” stated Missy Marie, one of the owners of Mother and Daughter Dirt Divas. “That’s when we decided to do a colouring contest for the kids.”

Marie said that the judges for the contest will be herself, her daughter and co-owner, Kayla, and her other children, Tristen and Preston. The top prize is a special Easter basket.

Everyone who participates in the contest will receive a goody bag and the contest is open to anyone who lives in communities where they can deliver the bags, including those in Cardston, Coalhurst, Lethbridge, Coaldale, Taber, Picture Butte, Shaughnessy, Nobleford, Granum, Pincher Creek, Raymond, Magrath, Vulcan, Fort Macleod, and Monarch.

“We feel great about the contest,” said Marie. “We are super excited.”
