Hence, Administration also stated, the Raymond Library Board requires motions to set term expiry dates for four of its current members and sought the following motions from Council:
A motion to appoint Councillor Kate Kindt to the Raymond Library Board for a term expiring on October 27, 2028.
A motion to appoint Shyanna Reimer to the Raymond Library Board for a term expiring on March 4, 2028.

Policy No. GP-2021-01: Snow & Ice Removal Policy (Amendment)
Administration came to Council stating that they wished to amend Policy No. GP-2021-01, which is the Town’s Snow and Ice Removal Policy, following discussions with the Town’s Operational Services Director. The amendment, Administration said, states that businesses who wish to have their snow cleared following a snow event must have their snow pushed from the adjacent sidewalks on to the roadway by 6 a.m. for clearing by the Town’s operational services crews. Council wished to know if business owners would be notified of the amendment, and Administration was amenable to that. Councillor Eakett ultimately made a motion to approve the amendments to Policy No. GP-2021-01: Snow & Ice Removal Policy, and the motion was carried.
