There will be a ‘Christmas at the Community Hall’ event in the Village of Stirling on Dec. 7 from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. at 409 2nd Street.
Scott Donselaar, Chief Administrative Officer for the Village of Stirling, says that the event is free for people to attend and will include Santa’s Fireman Parade at 4:30 p.m., visits with and goodie bags from Santa at 5 p.m., and an opportunity to listen to festive local music at 5:30 p.m.
The Village Community Events Committee has organized the event for the last four years, Donselaar states, and they are excited to host events for the community.
“They do an excellent job of planning events in the Community,” said Donselaar. “The event focuses on another opportunity to bring the community together.”
